2010 Eligibility Requirements:
-Have a valid Iraqi A or G passport valid through July 2012 or later
-Be a current undergraduate student in your first, second, or third year at an Iraqi university
-Have an excellent record of academic achievement (note: your academic record may be subject to verification at any time during the application process)
-Be a citizen and current resident of Iraq (note: applicants with dual U.S. citizenship/residency will not be considered)
-Be proficient in the English language
-Have not previously participated in a U.S.-government sponsored exchange program
